When do I receive my delivery?

Our cook/delivery days are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. On those days, our drivers are on the road between the hours of 4-7pm. Expect delivery sometime in that window, with someone also reaching out to you within an hour of delivery.

Where do you get the ingredients for my meals?

We work with as many local, sustainable purveyors as possible. That means relationships with over 120 farms in the tri-state area.

How are my meals packaged?

We use high-quality, compostable & biodegradable containers.  They are earth friendly, made from renewable resources like sugarcane and plant fiber and best of all you can slide them right in the oven!

How long will my FITfood stay fresh?

Your food is always made fresh the morning of delivery. Our recommendation is to keep them in the refrigerator for four days. Also, they can store for up to one month in the freezer. Please note, that since our lids are pre-punctured (allowing the food to steam itself when heated), its best to transfer the food to an airtight container if freezing.

Where do you deliver to?

For the time being, our standard delivery includes all of Ocean County and Monmouth County.  For areas outside our delivery radius, feel free to contact me to inquire about delivery.

What happens if I won’t be home for delivery?

No Worries! Simply leave instructions for your driver in the “special instructions” box on the order form. Upon checkout you can select that you need a cooler bag, or select that you will leave one out. Our drivers always carry fresh ice packs for the bags!

How do i heat my FITfood up?

General recommendation is with the lid on, for about 2 minutes in the microwave. The pre punctured lid allows the food to steam itself when re-heating.

What about allergies?

Please don’t hesitate to let us know of any allergies in the “special instructions” box on the order form. However, we also recommend using your best judgement.
