Remember, your food is already cooked. You can use a microwave, stovetop or conventional oven to heat foods that need heating, but always keep in mind you just want to heat it through. Any more than that and you run the risk of overcooking. Some suggestions:
- Microwave – On high for 1 minute; check for doneness. If it needs more heat, throw it back in for 20 second intervals until fully warmed. Your food is done the instant it’s heated through.
- Oven – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid from you container. Slide the base of the container directly in the oven. Heat for appx 12-14 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
