Everything Bagel “Oven Fried” Chicken

Pasture raised chicken thigh breaded in GF rice panko & everything bagel seasoning.  “Oven fried” and served alongside roasted Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus and a side of cool Greek yogurt green goddess sauce to drizzle on top.
